The harbour was half built three weeks after the order was given with all the Gur'ai craftsman working to build it. It was said it could hold a fleet of some 20 ships once complete with up to 50 smaller vessels.
Slightly up the coast from the city two makeshift shipdocks were built and two half built cruisers sat within them, each armed with completed Catapults....

Al'tria stood at the finished harbour and looked upon his two new ships, complete at last he thought as the crews, trained for weeks at sea to use the new vessels, stood in line behind him. The ships looked the same, basic wooden hulls reinforced on the inside by wooden beams. Each had three masts with basic sails each center sail marked with the mark of Gur, a snake and a sword. There was enough room to have men throw spears, or use bows which was suggested by the council along with twin banks of oars (costing the last of my gold, 800 i decided 400 for each ship) and a single siege weapon, it was a simple weapon but inaccurate as if was simply a large machine with a tightened rope that could hurl large spears capable of penetrating the hull of other ships. He turned and annouced to his builders "You have created a masterful feat for our people, now we can live in peace. I name these ships, the Snake of Gur'ai and the Sword of Gur'ai in honour of our nation to safe guard the seas."
