Attention citiziens!

Since the attack on guardhouse till unknown time, Quoa is under martial law. No one will pass into or out of the city without persmission of the guards or the army ((OOC//or a very good sneak skill/starting a fight//))).


Also, with new leader of the city, all residents in critical area around the centre (map could be seen near the Shrine Complex) have to move their homes away to make space for a circle of wooden fortification and got a right for free resources and additional help in reconstructing their homes in another area.

Every unemployed citiziens please report in The Complex.

As the rider from Kinethers army arrived, the marial law was cancelled... and great part of the stationed army moved to the north, following their commander to Nerai. The citiziens are allowed to move freely in and out again.
