Dwarves are shorter than most of the other races, excluding gnomes. What they make up for in size is strength. Dwarves don't like to change with the times, preferring to keep to their own ways instead of adapting to others. They aren't very smart due to this. They are very stubborn, and most are greedy. Dwarves usually have cities under ground, with entrances only accessible through caves. There are very few cities above the ground. Dwarves usually keep to themselves, but if necessary, they will look to others for aid, but only as a last resort. Dwarves usually wear old tattered clothing, and most give off a foul odor. They pride themselves in being able to out drink the other races. Dwarves are omnivores, but they would prefer meat over anything. Dwarves are Elandir's top stonemason's. They take pride in their work, and it shows with their sturdy buildings, and near impenetrable walls.

Dwarves are usually found dressed in chain mail armor, some choose leather to allow more movement, but in any case a dwarf warrior would prove to be difficult in any instance. They are either wielding an Axe, or a Hammer, depending on their preference. Their armor usually doesn't shine due to the fact it is almost always dirty.
