Lerim stood among the warriors who were guarding the rocks. The position was indeed large and easily hid his 234 warriors from veiw, the warriors on the inner part of the rocky hill were cooking food from the hunting parties, he thought they could eaily be a thorn in the side of the mongrel plains people. Suddenly he saw a man dressed in simple garments obviously he was not a man of high position, a beggar even. He went with a few warriors to meet him, each with spears ready. The beggar collapsed and spoke "I was told, by a tanned man to bring this to you" He handed Lerim a small not and he read....
The plains people are not involved, the attacks are from Urgor of the north pay the messenger.
After reading Lerim drew a few gold coins and gave them to the beggar whos face gleamed with happiness as he ran off back to the south. With that Lerim retreated to the rocks, he would wait a few more days even a week in the hope of reinforcements from the sea, if none arrived he would attack Nerxis and send messengers to the elves to escort to Gur.....

It had been many days and the supplies were running low, Lerima had despatched more hunting parties but it seemed the people of Nerxis had been dispatching more patrols increasingly and numerous hunting parties had encountered patrols. The result was a lack of food before two ships noted to be The Snake and The Sword appeared at a beach and Al'tria found the camp. "So you say this was not the plains work?"Said Al'tria. "No, we believe it is the work of Urgor a city not far from here, it is meant to be surrounded by a high stone wall and with supplies of metal for superior military forces compared to Quoa." Replied Lerim. Al'tria thought, an attack to avenge Juhal and Jakir was not going anywere. Quickly he decided and rounded up the survivors to the ships, it would be an uncomportable jounrey but the 600 men managed to cram onto the ships with many sleeping on deck. One day Juhal and Jakir would be avenged along with all the other men lost in the past weeks, but until then a journey home and time to reflect and improve matters in Gur was paramount and he was sure these fine warrior would love nothing more than to be back in the city....
