Seemingly in the middle of nowhere, there is a shrine depicting a young female elf, standing on the tips of her toes, feet together, leaning forward, with her arms outstretched, as if embracing a cool and refreshing breeze. The statue is made with such perfection, that it looks as if an actual elf had simply been turned to stone while in that position. She seems young, but in her white-stone eyes there seems to be a wisdom beyond any mortal. She seems perfectly calm and serene, but yet you can't help but fear this statue slightly, as if your very existence is subject to its whims. In front of the shrine is an altar, with the words "Changing constantly, wild and unpredictable, but always, the elves remain the same: thus it must be." inscribed on it, in elegant writing, it is perfectly visible. The winds in this area are very strong, and while you feel that where they any stronger they would blow you over, they also have a refreshing feel to them, relaxing you, making you want to just lay down and sleep in their refreshing, soothing and healing dance upon your skin.
